We do not extend service times past 15 minutes late or issue refunds for late arrivals. If you accept a shorter service as to not cut into the next client's appointment, you may due so and will be charged full price for the service scheduled.
To secure your appointment at NBS Facial Suite, we require pre-payment for your service. This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no-hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact to our business caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. If you are a no call, no show, you WILL NOT receive a refund. Should you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, you will be refunded the cost of the service minus $25. The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.
If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance we recommend messaging us and asking to be placed on the WAIT LIST. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a call/text message notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time.
